  5.        The sample forms here have been provided in two parts, for
  6.     example HD.flyer and Exec_HD.flyer.  The Exec_HD.flyer
  7.         is the set-up script file that copies some things to RAM:, for
  8.     faster execution, and the Exec_HD.flyer actually executes
  9.     the HD.flyer script file.  To print any of these flyers you
